Welcome:

Welcome to the 14U McCauley Oswego Outlaws NCAA Men's March Madness fundraiser. We're trying our hand at the tournament squares this year, so thank you for your support & participation. All are welcome, so please spread the word to all friends, family, and associates. This is a fundraiser, so 50% of the proceeds will go to the Charity Organization, and the other 50% will be distributed among the Users with a Winning Squares.

How it works:

Once all the squares have been selected, we will randomly pick numbers from 0-9, and assign that number to a row or column. These numbers represent the last number in the score of either the Winning Team or Losing team. For example, if the score is Duke 87 - UNC 84, then the winning square is the one with a Winning Team number of 7, and a Losing Team number of 4. Payouts will begin with the Sweet 16 and continue through the Championship game. The best news is, unlike football, any two numbers are good. Plus, there are many more games (15 total), which means more winners (18 total)! If you have any questions, please let me know.

Contingency plan for empty winning squares:

1) If the winning square is empty, we will first default to the reverse numbers 

• (For example: MSU 80 Duke 79 = 0 & 9, but if 0 & 9 is empty, then we will reverse the numbers to 9 & 0)

2) If the reverse square is also empty, the squares to the left and right of the winning square will split the winnings

• (For example: Square 73 is the empty winning square, then squares 72 & 74 will split the winnings)

3) If the adjacent squares are also empty, the winning square will be either directly above or directly below the winning square

• (For example: Square 92 is the winner, but squares 91 & 93 are currently empty. In that case, square 82 is the winner.)

• Total Payout Pool = $1000
• Sweet 16 = $25 for Final Score *(8 winners = $200 / 20% of the pot)
• Elite 8 = $50 for Final Score *(4 winners = $200 / 20% of the pot)
• Final Four = $50 for Halftime & $100 for Final Score *(4 winners = $300 / 30% of the pot)
• Championship Game = $100 for Halftime & $200 for Final Score *(2 winners = $300 / 30% of the pot)
