How Thanksgiving squares work
The rules are the same as Super Bowl Squares. Players claim squares, then numbers are randomly assigned to the rows and columns. At the end of each quarter, the last digit of each team's score determines the winning square.
Example: halftime score
Lions 13 — Bears 10
The Lions' last digit is 3 and the Bears' is 0. The square where column 3 meets row 0 wins.
Set up your Thanksgiving pool

Create your board
Choose a game and a 25, 50, or 100-square grid. Add your rules, price per square, and payouts before inviting players.

Invite your players
Share the board link by text or email. Players choose their squares online, and you can track who has paid.

Draw numbers before kickoff
Once picks are complete, randomly assign the numbers. Use each quarter's score to find the winner and pay out according to your rules.
Playing all three Thanksgiving Day games?
You have two ways to cover the whole day. Both work well; pick the one that fits your group.
One grid, three sets of numbers
Everyone picks their squares once. When you set up the grid, choose 3 sets of numbers, and each game gets its own random row and column numbers. The same square can win in the Lions game, lose in the Cowboys game, and win again at night.
Best when you want one link to share, one pot, and one set of picks to manage.
Three separate grids
Run a separate board for each game. Each one has its own matchup, its own picks, and its own payouts, so people can join just the game they plan to watch.
Best when different people are around for different games, or when you want a bigger pot on the night game. Multiple grids qualify for a volume discount.
Either way, you handle collecting payments and paying winners; the site helps you organize the pool.
A mid-season fundraising opportunity
Thanksgiving lands right in the middle of the football season, months before the Super Bowl rush. That makes it a natural time for booster clubs, youth teams, PTAs, and charities to run a squares fundraiser: supporters are already gathered for the holiday, the games are on all day, and your group isn't competing with every other Super Bowl board in February.

- One 100-square grid with 3 sets of numbers: $1,000 collected
- Your cause keeps half: $500
- Prizes: the other $500, split across the three games
